We’re starting out SEW Club this year with a sweet felted-wool tissue box cover. Linda will show you a variety of applique techniques, as well as needle felting, to add some heartfelt artistry to your decor. Each month, we’ll use a lecture/demo/Power Point format, incorporating several techniques, to help make your sewing even more successful. After we present the program, we’ll have stations set up so you can try out the techniques without having to bring your own sewing machine.

SEW Club meets once a month, usually on the second Wednesday, at either 10:30 am or 7 PM - January 12, this month. The monthly fee is $10, or you can buy a punch card for $100 that allows you to attend twelve club meetings over the course of a year. The punch card can be used for either regular SEW Club or for the Stitcher’s Garden described below.

Virginia made made three sampler quilts for each of her daugthers. They were quilted by LaRae Deats. The flannel quilt were blocks made from leftovers from pillow shams. Virginia hand quilted this quilt.
